I want to get you hands-on with AI agents, fast.
Product management is splitting into two speeds: PMs who work with agents every day, and PMs who haven’t started. That gap grows every week. But closing it is easier than it looks, and I’ll show you how, live.
Maybe you understand agents in theory, then open VS Code to actually use one and freeze. It’s not that you can’t. You just haven’t done it hands-on yet.
You don’t get past that freeze by reading threads or listening to podcasts. You get past it by doing the work, breaking things, and fixing them. That starts with VS Code, the baseline you can’t skip. 90% of what you learn there works with any agent.
So I’m running one live session a week, starting this Thursday (tomorrow). We do it together: quick theory, live examples and best practices, then homework on your own product.
In the last Claudathon, I watched PMs go from stuck to building real agents in a few weeks.
The first three sessions are free for everyone. They take you from Cowork to Codex to Claude Code in VS Code, the one most PMs avoid.
1. How the Sessions Work
90 minutes, live at 6:00 PM CET. Three free sessions to kick off over two weeks, then one every Thursday.
A live walkthrough, plus the materials. I demo each skill live and share the training materials.
Homework on your own product. You apply each skill to your real work, not toy examples.
Recording after. Can’t make it live? Participants keep the recording.
Drop in on the ones you need. Each session stands alone. It isn’t a cohort you enroll in once.

4. The Rest of the Roadmap (Premium)
Everything from July 16 on is for premium members: the full roadmap, every recording, and the exercises.

The last two sessions, Agentic Engineering and Production Hardening, go deeper into production and are an advanced add-on, not part of it.
