How did you filter out inaccurate data from ghost job postings vs validated submitted salaries? All of the public salary ranges for PMs have been lightyears away from what I have ever been paid or offered (after 10+ years in NYC job market), especially the base + bonus. I have a hard time understanding the reality of pay vs what is displayed externally in publicly available data sources

They are from sources like Glassdoor: https://www.glassdoor.com/Salaries/product-manager-salary-SRCH_IM615_KO0,15.htm
PM at NYC: $154,806/yr total salary (median) and $111,880 /yr base (median).
Is it too high, or too low?
For the reference, in Poland you can get ~$80K (base) working 100% remotely as a PM.
